Build an inventory of the artwork files I provide. Use these fields: artwork_id, working_title, source_file, alternate_sources, collection, orientation, source_issues, status, next_action, approval_note.
Use a neutral ID for each distinct painting. A filename is a working label, not a confirmed title. Separate alternate photos of the same painting from different painted versions. Compare visually before linking sources. Flag uncertain matches for review. Keep references and photos of multiple works separate from single-artwork source photos. Preserve every original. File counts are not painting counts.
Return a table and a CSV if file creation is available. Leave unknown values blank or mark uncertain. Do not invent titles, sizes, ownership, approvals or results. Start with the first ten supplied pieces.
