    This page describes how Unstuck with Molly (operated by Molly Vision LLC) collects phone numbers, verifies opt-in consent, and sends SMS messages. It exists to support our A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration.

    Program Description

    Unstuck with Molly sends SMS messages to clients, prospects, and subscribers who have explicitly opted in through a form on our website, an intake form, or a direct request. Messages relate to build partnership engagements, scheduling, account/payment notifications, and occasional marketing updates about our services.

    How You Opt In

    You provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages from us in one of the following ways:

    • Submitting a contact, intake, or inquiry form on unstuckwithmolly.com that includes a phone field and a clearly labeled SMS opt-in checkbox
    • Booking a call or purchasing a service and providing your phone number with consent during checkout
    • Texting us first or otherwise directly requesting SMS communication

    Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. You may use our services without opting into SMS.

    "I agree to receive recurring marketing and transactional SMS messages from Unstuck with Molly at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."

    Message Frequency

    Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us. You may receive transactional messages (e.g. appointment confirmations) as needed and marketing messages on an occasional basis.

    Message and Data Rates

    Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Unstuck with Molly does not charge a fee for messages, but standard carrier rates from your provider will apply.

    Help and Opt-Out

    • HELP — Reply HELP to any message to receive support contact information.
    • STOP — Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
    • You can also email hello@unstuckwithmolly.com to be removed from SMS lists.

    Age Requirement

    You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

    Privacy

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. We do not sell or rent your phone number or SMS opt-in information. All information sharing is limited to the subcontractors that support the messaging program (such as our CRM and SMS delivery platform). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

    Supported Carriers

    Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
