    Unstuck with Molly (unstuckwithmolly.com) is operated by Molly Vision LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

    The Short Version

    • We collect the info you give us (name, email, phone, payment details) plus standard website analytics.
    • We use it to deliver our services, process payments, and send you email/SMS marketing you opted into.
    • We don't sell your data.
    • You can opt out of marketing anytime. You can request your data or ask us to delete it.
    • Payments are processed by Stripe. Marketing runs through HighLevel. Analytics and ads run through Meta and Google.

    1. Information We Collect

    Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form, book a call, purchase a service, or email us, we collect what you share — typically your name, email address, phone number, business/role information, and any context you provide about your project.

    Payment information. When you purchase, payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We don't store full card numbers on our servers.

    Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time on page through cookies and similar technologies.

    Information from third parties. If you interact with our ads or content on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google, those platforms may share aggregated or event-level data with us so we can measure performance.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    We use your information to:

    • Deliver and improve our services and client engagements
    • Process transactions and send receipts, invoices, and confirmations
    • Send marketing emails and SMS messages you've opted into
    • Respond to inquiries and provide support
    • Personalize your experience on our site and in our communications
    • Measure marketing performance and improve our campaigns

    3. Email and SMS Marketing

    By giving us your email or phone number through a form on our site, you consent to receive marketing messages from Unstuck with Molly. These are sent through HighLevel, our CRM and marketing platform.

    SMS specifically: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

    No sharing of SMS opt-in data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information collected through our site are never sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used only by Unstuck with Molly to send you the messages you opted into, and is shared solely with our SMS delivery provider (HighLevel/Twilio) for the sole purpose of transmitting those messages on our behalf.

    Opting out:

    Opting out of marketing won't affect transactional messages (receipts, call confirmations, client communications during an active engagement).

    4. Cookies and Tracking

    We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

    • Essential — required for the site to function
    • Analytics — to understand how visitors use the site (via Google Analytics and similar)
    • Marketing — to measure ad performance and show relevant ads (via Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and similar)

    You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may break parts of the site.

    5. Who We Share Information With

    We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only for the purposes we specify:

    • Payment processing — Stripe
    • CRM, email, and SMS marketing — HighLevel
    • Analytics — Google Analytics and similar
    • Advertising — Meta and Google
    • Hosting and infrastructure — our website and file hosting providers
    • Customer support tools — email and scheduling platforms

    These providers are contractually required to use your data only for the services they provide to us.

    We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

    6. Data Retention

    We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. When you ask us to delete your data, we will — unless we're legally required to keep it (e.g., tax records for completed transactions).

    • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
    • Delete your personal information
    • Opt out of marketing communications at any time

    9. Other US State Privacy Rights

    10. International Users

    Unstuck with Molly is operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

    11. Children's Privacy

    Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@unstuckwithmolly.com and we'll delete it.

    12. Data Security

    We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we take it seriously.

    13. Third-Party Links

    Our site may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information with them.

    We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated more prominently. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
