Terms and Conditions

    Unstuck with Molly (unstuckwithmolly.com) is operated by Molly Vision LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a service, submitting a form, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

    The Short Version

    • Our core offer is the 6-Week Build Partnership ($4,500). Other products include The Momentum Method ($9), the Accountability Container, and 1:1 Strategic Partnership.
    • All sales are final once work begins. You have a 3-day cancellation window before the Build Audit.
    • The Ship Guarantee means we keep working until you launch — as long as you're showing up and doing the work.
    • We don't guarantee revenue or business outcomes. Your results depend on your execution.
    • Our frameworks stay ours. Your work product stays yours.
    • Disputes go to arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida. Small claims court is still an option.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By purchasing a service, submitting a form, or engaging with Unstuck with Molly, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use our services.

    2. Description of Services

    Unstuck with Molly provides build partnership services and digital products for senior tech professionals with stalled side projects. Current offerings include:

    The 6-Week Build Partnership ($4,500). A structured engagement including a Build Audit, Scope Lock, weekly build sessions, async support via Slack or Voxer, and launch-ready deliverables.

    The Momentum Method ($9). A self-guided 21-day framework for building momentum on stalled projects.

    The Accountability Container. A monthly accountability program for builders who already know what they're building.

    1:1 Strategic Partnership. Ongoing strategic support for clients who've already shipped.

    We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue offerings at any time.

    3. Payment Terms

    All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase or according to any payment plan agreed upon at enrollment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. If a payment plan installment fails, we reserve the right to pause service until the account is current.

    4. Cancellation, Refunds, and the Ship Guarantee

    3-Day Cancellation Window. You may cancel the Build Partnership for any reason within 3 days of purchase, provided the Build Audit has not yet occurred. To cancel, email hello@unstuckwithmolly.com within that window. After the 3-day window closes or the Build Audit begins — whichever comes first — all sales are final.

    Ship Guarantee. The 6-Week Build Partnership includes our Ship Guarantee: we continue working with you at no additional charge beyond the original 6 weeks until your project launches, provided you are:

    • Attending scheduled sessions (rescheduling is fine with 24 hours' notice)
    • Responding to async communication within 3 business days
    • Completing agreed-upon work between sessions
    • Not materially changing the scope locked during Week 2

    If you go dormant for more than 14 consecutive days without notice, we reserve the right to consider the engagement complete and the Ship Guarantee void. We'll always try to reach you first.

    Digital Products. The Momentum Method and other digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. No refunds.

    Billing Errors. If you believe there's been a billing error, contact hello@unstuckwithmolly.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll investigate.

    5. Scheduling, Attendance, and No-Shows

    We operate at limited capacity (3 build partnerships per month) because Molly runs this practice alongside a full-time role. That makes scheduling real.

    • Rescheduling with 24+ hours' notice is free and unlimited within reason.
    • No-shows without notice count as completed sessions.
    • Repeated no-shows (2+) may result in the engagement being paused or closed at our discretion.

    6. Client Responsibilities

    You agree to participate actively: attend scheduled sessions, respond to async communication, complete work between sessions, and be honest about what's working and what's not. We provide the infrastructure, accountability, and build partnership. You provide the execution. Results depend on your effort.

    7. Intellectual Property

    Our IP stays ours. All content, frameworks, templates, methodologies, and materials we provide — including but not limited to the Build Audit, Scope Guillotine, Sprint Lock, Ship Guarantee process, and all related tools and documents — are the intellectual property of Molly Vision LLC. You may use these materials for your own personal and business purposes during and after our engagement, but you may not redistribute, resell, republish, or share them with third parties without our written permission.

    Your IP stays yours. Any work product you create during our engagement — your app, course, website, consulting practice, product, or business — is 100% yours. We claim no ownership over your project.

    Case studies and testimonials. We reserve the right to reference the fact of our engagement and use anonymized or approved descriptions of the work in marketing materials. We'll ask before using your name, likeness, or specific project details publicly, and you can say no.

    8. Confidentiality

    We respect the confidentiality of your business ideas, strategies, financial information, and anything else shared during our engagement. We won't disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

    You agree not to share our proprietary frameworks, templates, session recordings, or methodologies with third parties.

    9. Use of AI and Third-Party Tools

    In the course of delivering services, we may use AI tools (such as Claude), design tools, project management platforms, and other software to draft, analyze, or produce work product. All final deliverables are reviewed by Molly. If you have specific restrictions on AI use in your work, let us know at the start of the engagement.

    10. Results Disclaimer

    Unstuck with Molly provides build partnership and strategic services. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, user counts, launch traffic, or any other result. Your success depends on factors beyond our control — your effort, your market, your execution, your product decisions, and timing.

    Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not a promise that you'll achieve the same results.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molly Vision LLC, its owner, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.

    Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    12. Communication Consent (Email & SMS)

    By providing your phone number or email through our website, forms, or during enrollment, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, and messaging platforms (including Slack, Voxer, or similar) related to your engagement and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages anytime by following unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Transactional messages related to an active engagement will continue.

    Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to provide a phone number and consent to receive SMS messages from us. By submitting your number, you confirm you are 18 or older.

    Carrier liability disclaimer. Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.

    No sharing of SMS data. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, see our Privacy Policy.

    13. Non-Disparagement and Feedback

    We both agree not to publicly disparage each other. Honest feedback, including critical reviews, is welcome and encouraged — this clause is about bad-faith attacks, not real opinions. If something isn't working in the engagement, bring it to Molly directly first. We'd rather fix it than see it on Twitter.

    14. Force Majeure

    Neither party is liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control — including illness, natural disasters, power or internet outages, acts of government, or other unforeseen circumstances. We'll communicate promptly and reschedule in good faith.

    15. Dispute Resolution

    Before anything formal, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct, good-faith communication. Email hello@unstuckwithmolly.com.

    If that fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party is responsible for their own attorney's fees.

    Exception: either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration if the claim qualifies.

    16. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

    17. Modifications

    We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

    18. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.

    19. Entire Agreement

    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written engagement agreement signed at enrollment, constitute the entire agreement between you and Molly Vision LLC regarding our services.
