The Rhythm
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions (60 minutes) — cadence set to your needs, not a rigid schedule. These aren't check-ins. They're deep, strategic working sessions. We think through decisions together, pressure-test strategies, and build the frameworks you'll use to navigate whatever comes next.
The Access
Async support via Slack or Voxer between sessions. When you're staring at a decision at 10pm and need to think out loud, you can. I respond within 24 hours, usually faster. This is the part clients tell me is worth the investment on its own — because the hard moments don't wait for your next scheduled call.
The Scope
Whatever you need it to be. Career strategy. Business positioning. Leadership challenges. Revenue problems. Pricing decisions. Fundraising prep. Team dynamics. Personal crossroads that affect professional trajectory. I don't draw artificial boundaries between "work coaching" and "life coaching." The decisions are connected. We treat them that way.

The exact investment depends on cadence and scope. We'll determine the right structure on our initial call.
Month-to-month. No long-term contracts. You stay because it's working, not because you're locked in. Most clients stay 6–12 months. Some have been with me since the beginning.
